DynaShield

Description:
Dynashield is a thin, high-temperature, aluminum embossed, woven fiberglass , easy peel-n-stick heat shield.   Dynashield is designed to mount between the vehicle body and heat source. The material can withstand temperature ranges between -40 ºF to +482 ºF (-40 ºC to +250 ºC)

Thermal/Acoustic Properties:
Dynashield uses a combination of heat reflectivity (aluminum facing) and thermal insulation (woven fiberglass) to create an effective barrier between heat sources and heat sensitive areas like passenger compartments. Dynashield also acts an acoustic barrier that blocks noise from the engine compartment.

Applications:
Dynashield is designed for use in engine compartments, exhaust areas, near catalytic converters or any area where blocking high heat is needed.   It can also be used in other applications that require heat shielding material.

Installation:
Use scissors, knife or die to cut Dynashield to the desired shape and size
before installation.

Next, remove dust, grease, moisture, and other foreign matter from the application surface. The bonding strength for cold adhesion is directly related to the bonding pressure.   When used upside down, additional fastening techniques may be required.
